Those babies deserve to be doing what they do best- EVERYTHING!Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06155550513954856353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3581834347303998494.post-57858434840847954192012-06-04T13:02:11.858-07:002012-06-04T13:02:11.858-07:00Cool post! These are the original artilces from the NYT where I first learned about it.
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/10/08/dining/08mini.html?ref=dining

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/11/08/dining/08mini.html?ref=dining

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/10/08/dining/081mrex.html?_r=1

The last link is cool because it reduces the rising time to 4 hours. You can make that dough in the morning and have it fresh for dinner. I have found that the recipe from America's Test Kitchen keeps it shape better. The original no-knead bread is flatter and more frisbee-like in shape.Allisonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3581834347303998494.post-35629852983086409992012-06-04T11:05:01.580-07:002012-06-04T11:05:01.580-07:00Amazing Jolie! I can’t wait to try this and will definitely be trying your rosemary version. And homemade bread must take artichoke tapenade to the next level. And I love that even with a fire, you still came out saying this recipe is worth it!Emily Adamsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11808605587643849703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3581834347303998494.post-1244249425242887212012-06-04T09:47:53.596-07:002012-06-04T09:47:53.596-07:00Wow Jolie, that bread looks gorgeous!
